About the Photographer
Todd Grivetti is passionate about photography, primarily Landscape, Nature and Wildlife photography. Living in Colorado, Todd has the greatest opportunity to capture some of the best photographs in the country and the Rocky Mountains never cease to provide a spectacular backdrop. As a photographer, Todd has taken insights from the professionals whom he admires, inlcuding Ansel Adams, John Fielder, and Thomas Mangelson. Their works inspire him to be the best he can be.
After moving from Illinois to Colorado , Todd grew up spending time in the Rocky Mountains, camping as a Boy Scout, and traveling the state of Colorado and camping in local areas, as well as remote locations, capturing the beauty and grandeur of Colorado and the west. He and his wife spend a significant amount of time every fall visiting National Parks capturing the beauty and solitude of some of the best places in the country.
As a kid, the first Kodak Instamatic 110 film camera, he caught the photography bug. Todd has shot digital for the past 10 years, changing over 35 mm film, and really enjoys the challenge of creating the "perfect shot." He shoots Canon DSLR EOS Rebels (T3, T6, and 10D), and carries the following lenses: Canon EF-S 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II; Canon EF 75-300 mm f/4-5.6 II USM; Tamron VC 150-600 mm f/5-6.3, and a Bower fish-eye macro lens. Being self-taught, Todd continues to learn every time he is out shooting.
